This Lev Migdal Investment project will commence construction in spring 2008. It is a major residential spa project comprising two 3-storey buildings in the center of the city of Hissar. The buildings contain 29 apartments plus treatment facilities, and residents will enjoy the existing mineral spa facilities and medical staff on-call.
One building has 5 apartments on the first floor, 10 on the second floor and 4 on the third. The smaller building has 2 apartments on the first floor, 6 on the second floor, and 2 on the third. The total built area of the two buildings, including basements, is 4056 square meters.
